Buchanan's Peppered Pineapple

A deliciously unexpected marriage of Buchanan’s Deluxe, the tropical sweetness of pineapple, fresh basil, and cracked black pepper.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Buchanan’s Deluxe

.75 oz Lemon Juice

.75 oz Simple Syrup

3-4 Basil (muddled)

Splash of Pineapple Juice (less than .25 oz)

Garnish: Cracked Black Pepper + Basil Sprig

Preparation

Muddle basil. Mix all ingredients in a shaker over ice, double strain and pour into a cup (no ice).

Sprinkle cracked black pepper on top.

Garnish cocktail with cracked black pepper and basil sprig.
