Lychee Contract

A cocktail perfect for brunch or any time of day: Buchanan’s Deluxe brightened with the floral notes of Elderflower liqueur and tropical lychee.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Buchanan’s Deluxe

.25 oz Elderflower Liqueur

.75 oz Lemon Juice

.5 oz Simple Sugar

Garnish: Lychee

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a shaker over ice, pour over ice in a rocks glass.
