The Piña Crest
The classic flavor of Buchanan’s Deluxe infused with sweetness, spice, and a tropical kick.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Buchanan’s Deluxe
.5 oz Demerara Sugar
.1 oz Pineapple Juice
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Simple Sugar
3 drops Aromatic Bitters on top of cocktail
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge and 2 Leaves
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a shaker over ice, pour over ice in a rocks glass.
Add 3 drops of aromatic bitters on top and lightly stir in.
Garnish cocktail with a pineapple wedge and 2 leaves
