1 oz Buchanan’s 18-Year-Old Special Reserve Blended Scotch Whisky.75 oz Sweet Vermouth.25 oz Maraschino Cherry Juice2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters1 Dash AbsintheLemon Peel for Garnish

PREPARATION

Combine Buchanan’s 18-Year-Old Special Reserve Whisky, sweet vermouth, maraschino cherry juice, aromatic bitters, and absinthe into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
Strain contents into a Coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
