BUCHACOLADA

Picked ripe from the barrel. This shaken colada puts a spin on a classic piña colada in all the right places.

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Buchanan’s Pineapple​2 oz Pineapple juice​1 oz Coconut cream0.75 oz Fresh lime juiceAngostura bitters floatLime wheel garnish

PREPARATION

Add Buchanan’s Pineapple, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and lime juice into a shaker with ice, and shake until cold.
Chill Buchanan’s Pineapple and pour into shot glass.
Pour into highball glass filled with crushed ice, and top with float of Angostura bitters.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
Alternatively, make it frozen in a blender.
