CHOCOLATE CON CUMBIA
Decadent and smooth, this chocolate-infused cocktail dances on the palate.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Buchanan’s 12-Year-Old DeLuxe Blended Scotch Whisky
3 cups (24 oz.) Coco Milk Unsweetened
1.5 tabs Mexican Chocolate
1/2 tsp Ground Pasilla Chile Powder
1/4 cup Pure Cane Sugar
Preparation
Add all items (except Buchanan’s) into medium pot, over medium heat.
Whisking continuously until all ingredients are dissolved.
Leave on simmer for 10- 15 minutes.
For serving, ladle hot chocolate mixture into mug and add Buchanan’s DeLuxe, give a quick stir and enjoy!
