Ingredients
1.5 oz Buchanan’s 18-Year-Old Special Reserve
2 tsp Water
1 tsp Demerara sugar
3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Orange Peel
Preparation
Dissolve sugar with water in mixing glass.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir and strain over a rocks glass with ice.
Express the oils of the orange peel on the rim and drop it in the glass.
