PENICILINA
A warm, smoky remedy with a kick of ginger and a drizzle of honey.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Buchanan’s Master Blended Scotch Whisky
0.75 oz Honey Ginger Syrup
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Atomizer Mist: Mezcal
Candied Ginger and Lemon Wheel for Garnish
Preparation
Add Buchanan’s Master Blended Scotch Whisky, ginger syrup and lemon juice into a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into an ice filled rocks glass.
Spritz mezcal over the top of the glass with an atomizer.
Garnish with a piece of candied ginger and a lemon wheel.
