PERREO AT BRUNCH
A lively, bubbly mix hecho pa’l brunch y weekend vibes.
Ingredients
1.5 oz. Buchanan’s Pineapple
0.75 oz. Aloe Vera Juice
½ Kiwi Fruit, Peeled
0.25 oz. Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz. Lime Juice
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
Garnish: Mint Bouquet
Preparation
Add all ingredients (except mint) into shaker.
Muddle for 10 seconds.
Add ice and shake until ice cold.
Strain into double rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with mint bouquet.
