Signature Raspberry

Welcome to summer in a glass: Buchanan’s Deluxe, fresh raspberry, spicy ginger, and an herbaceous mint finish.

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Buchanan’s Deluxe4-5 Raspberries (muddled).75 oz Lemon Juice.75 oz Ginger Syrup2-3 oz Club Soda3 drops Aromatic Bitters on top of cocktailGarnish: Two Raspberries + Mint Bouquet

PREPARATION

First, muddle the raspberries. Mix all ingredients except club soda in a shaker over ice, double strain and pour over ice in a tall glass.
Add 2-3 oz club soda. Add 3 drops of the aromatic bitters and lightly mix in.
Garnish cocktail with two raspberries and mint bouquet.
