TARDEADA IN TEJAS

Ingredients
1.25 oz. Buchanan’s Pineapple
0.75 oz. Salted Pineapple Syrup
½ Lime
Tamarindo Soda
Salted Pineapple Syrup
1 Cup Of Pineapple Juice
1 Cup Of Sugar
Pinch Of Sea Salt
Preparation
Squeeze lime into Highball glass and drop lime inside.
Pour all other ingredients (except Tamarindo soda) into highball glass.
Add ice and top off with your favorite Tamarindo Soda.
Stir and enjoy!
FOR SALTED PINEAPPLE SYRUP
Mix all juice, sugar and salt in large bowl until sugar is fully dissolved
Set aside in jar and store in fridge for up to one week.
