Sweet meets smooth in this honey-kissed whisky delight.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Buchanan’s Master Blended Scotch Whisky
1 Muddled Ginger Coin
0.75 oz Manuka Honey Syrup
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Pinch: Mexican Cinnamon
Preparation
Rim Nick & Nora glass with honey.
Muddle ginger in a shaker tin.
Add remainder ingredients with ice and shake until cold.
Strain into rimmed glass.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and lemon twist.
